Koblenz churches during the Advent season
In anticipation of Christmas, churches slowly change their ambiance during the Advent season until the birth of Christ is also portrayed at Christmas in the mangers. At the same time, they are a place of reflection in the midst of the hustle and bustle before Christmas. Many a work of art also opens up a look at Christ's birth. On the four Saturdays during the Advent season, Koblenz art historian Manfred Böckling will conduct Advent-related guided tours through the St. Kastor Basilica, the City Church at Jesuitenplatz and the Liebfrauenkirche.
