Parking possibilities
Koblenz offers its visitors over 10,000 parking spaces. The number of free parking spaces in the Koblenz city centre can be obtained online. The data is transferred directly from the dynamic parking guidance system and displayed on the Internet in collaboration with the ADAC.
Here's how to access the ParkInfo system
When you arrive, our parking guidance system will guide you directly to the nearest free parking space. In addition, P&R is available on late-closing Saturdays in the pre-Christmas period.
Schängel Express-Bus
This year as well, Koblenz Stadtmarketing GmbH invites you to take advantage of the Park-and-Ride-Service on three Advent Saturdays free of charge:
On 05.12., 12.12. and 19.12.09 the Schängel Express will be running from the following P & R car parks every 15 minutes (from 9.45 am to 8.15 pm) into the city centre and back.
P 1 – Kurt-Schumacher Bridge (Metternich and Moselweiss)
P 2 – Debeka
P 3 – Peter-Klöckner-Straße
P 4 – Schlachthof (Abattoir)
P 5 – Fachhochschule Karthause (FH Zuse Straße) (technical college of higher education)
The P&R buses operate on the following route:
P&R transport Kurt-Schumacher Bridge into the city centre (P1 - P4)
From car park Kurt-Schumacher Bridge (Metternich) P1 – Kurt-Schumacher Bridge (Moselweiss) – Debeka P2 – Peter Klöckner Straße P3 – prev. Schlachthof P4 – Zentralplatz –Löhr-Center and back
Every third bus runs from Kurt-Schumacher Bridge via Friedrich-Ebert-Ring through "Obere Löhrstraße" (Dubrovnik).
P&R transportation Karthause (P5) to city centre
Fachhochschule Konrad-Zuse-Straße, Karthause (B327) P5 via Brüderhaus to Zentralplatz, Löhr-Center and back.

Additional parking spaces
Free parking in the school playgrounds of St. Castor primary school, Comenius secondary modern school, Clemens-Brentano secondary school, Max-von-Laue-and Eichendorff grammar schools. Parking is free of charge in all other public car parks on Saturdays from 2 pm onwards.
